Gougères
Gougères are light and savory puff pastries (profiteroles) with gruyère cheese. They are a specialty from our home region of Bourgogne, France. One order consists of 65 golf ball-size gougères.

Tartines
Tartines are open faced slices of baguette or country sourdough bread, garnished with an assortment of flavors. Assortment of vegetables are available as well.

- Rillette – a spreadable country style pâté commonly made from pork, duck or salmon
- Province – Brie, and peach confit with arugula and pecans
- Provençal – Olive tapenade and sun dried tomatoes
- Marinière – A creamy cheese spread with crabmeat, sun dried tomatoes and artichoke hearts
- Périgord – traditional goose or duck foie gras with onion confit on small toasts
- Hummus – the popular spread made with garbanzo beans. Variety of flavors available
- Baba Ganoush – Another popular spread made from oven roasted eggplant and peppers and spices
- Asparagus Pesto – A blend of basil, asparagus, pine nuts, parmesan cheese and spices
Plateau de Fromage
an assortment of soft, semi soft and hard cheeses. Served with breads and dried fruits. 25 servings per tray
Plateau de Charcuterie
an assortment of deli meats and pâtés. Served with breads, fruit jams, and fruit. 25 servings per tray
