Mousse au Chocolat
a smooth chocolate mousse with a rich layer of sea salt butter caramel. Served with sablés cookies

Tartelettes
a shortbread style crust with a variety of fillings

Gouère
Mom’s favorite. We take the our sweet crêpe batter and bake it.

Clafoutis
Take mom’s favorite “the gouère” and add fruit then bake it.

Éclairs
Famous puff pastries filled with delicious custard (chocolate, coffee, vanilla)

Petits-gateaux
an assortment of cookies

Salade de fruits
Varying by season, a mix of fruits. Goes great with petits- gateaux.

Croquembouche/Pièce Montée
A popular dessert for weddings, showers, baptisms and family events. A tower of individual custard filled puff pastries. Price is based per guest.

Minimum 25 guests (75 pastries at 3 per guest).
Base Fee $ 275 for labor and delivery
Additional $ 4 per guest for 3 pastries
