Passionate about all things French, we thought it only fitting that our vehicles come from the country that inspires our food. We have embraced Citroëns for our food and delivery trucks to pay homage to the way that fresh food was delivered to small towns in rural France. After WWII, personal vehicles were scarce, so butchers, bakers and grocers would travel from town to town each week to sell their products. We are now bringing these iconic camions to North Texas. Here’s a bit more about our beloved vehicles:
Toto LeTube
Our official Oak Cliff Creperie truck, aka “Toto LeTube”, is a classic Citroën H-Van, currently under restoration to become a fully decked-out modern crêpe kitchen. His journey from France to the states has been long and full of challenges, but we know that he will be well worth the wait! We’ve been working closely with custom fabricators to create a beautiful and functional kitchen that will soon be coming to a neighborhood near you! We thank every single individual who has supported us through our growing pains, and look forward to a great adventure with you and Toto LeTube.
Texadiane
Our promotional and support car is a beautifully remodeled 1984 Citroën Acadiane, known to us affectionately as Texadiane. Like all Citroëns, she is an extremely reliable and smooth riding vehicle renowned for her suspension—perfect for transporting our precious cargo of fresh ingredients and prepared catered meals. Sadly, in spring 2014 our beloved Texadiane was on the receiving end of an unfortunate accident and suffered some pretty significant body damage. But we’re committed to restoring her to her full former glory and getting her back on the road. Look for her back on the road soon!
